KIM SCHWIMMER has over has 20 years experience in commercial real estate, with expertise in site selection, seller and buyer representation and land development. Kim’s land expertise spans 8 North Texas counties, which makes her well qualified to work with buyers and sellers of all types of undeveloped land, whether for investment, development, recreational uses, farming and ranching or residential home sites. Since Kim has worked in Commercial Real Estate, she has closed hundreds of land transactions with volumes exceeding sixty million. Originally from New York, Kim obtained a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University in New York. Kim spent 10 years working in the banking and mutual fund industries, and began her career at Citigroup on Wall Street before making her way to Dallas with Bank of America. Kim worked in the Dallas finance scene for several years before starting her real estate career in the mid 1990’s. Since then, Kim has formed her own land investment and brokerage firm, and has become a local land expert serving landowners, investors and developers throughout the DFW metroplex.

After spending over twenty-five years managing a full range of customer focused accounts, Keith has both the experience and “can do attitude” to understand, deliver and exceed customer expectations.
As Vice President, Investments Keith is responsible for servicing the firm’s investor base, setting the firm’s marketing communication strategy and overseeing the firm’s real estate investment portfolio. Additionally, Keith is a licensed Texas Real Estate Sales Agent (TREC #713864) who partners closely with clients in their evaluation and execution of investment and commercial opportunities.
Keith is heavily involved in community, charitable and municipal government activities. He has served on both City of Dallas and Dallas County commissions. Keith has served for several years on the Board of Directors of the Dallas County Historical Foundation/the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza. His broad range of experience has allowed Keith to serve as an experienced resource for both his clients and the community.
A native of Texas, Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Texas Christian University. He also earned a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas Christian University. Keith lives in the Uptown neighborhood in Dallas and enjoys art, politics and TCU Football!
